Rajat Jain is an experienced software developer with a strong background in education management. Currently working as a Software Engineer II at Uber, he is a part of the Customer Obsession Team that is dedicated to improving Uber's user experience by developing in-app support, self-service flows, and other technologies that make contact resolution faster and more seamless. Prior to his current role, Rajat worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer II, where he built Viva Insights and led the wave of workplace and employee wellbeing transformation. He also worked on Microsoft Teams, the hub for team collaboration in Office 365, specifically in the Search Area.
